Terms of service. Short and clear.

1. Accepting the terms

When you download, install or use Atlas, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the program. The terms apply to all users, including free trial users.

2. What Atlas is

Atlas is a program installed on a Windows or Mac computer for finding companies. It includes:

• company search from official business registers by country, industry, region and registration date
• contact enrichment: website, phone, email and decision-maker from public sources
• buying signals from public sources, such as register changes, public tenders and municipal purchase invoices
• its own CRM: lead bank, deal markings, reminders and team
• CSV export and transfer to your own CRM

3. Licence and permitted use

Tarmex Oy grants you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use Atlas for the needs of your own business.

You may use Atlas to:

• find and research companies for appropriate business contact
• enrich contact details for sales and marketing
• export data to your own CRM or other systems of your own

You may not:

• sell or pass on the program or the data obtained with it as a data product
• decompile, reverse engineer or modify the program
• use the program for spam, harassment or unlawful contact
• circumvent the technical limits of the licence
• process the data you obtain in breach of data protection law (GDPR)

4. Price and billing

Atlas Desktop costs 600 euros for two months, plus VAT. Payments are handled by Stripe.

• The subscription renews automatically every two months until you cancel it.
• You can cancel at any time before the next billing date. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• We give written notice of price changes 30 days in advance.
• Prices are in euros.

5. Money back

If Atlas finds no results at all for your search, you get your money back. Write to atlasforgex@proton.me within 14 days of the billing date.

6. Data and privacy

Atlas searches and enriches companies on your computer. The program sends the company rows it finds to our server, into a shared company bank, and other Atlas users receive them. Decision-maker names that your program found and addresses at free email services are not shared with others. Your own lists, notes and CRM markings stay on your computer. Details: privacy policy.

You are responsible for using the data you obtain lawfully, including under the GDPR and the electronic communications rules of your country.

7. Intellectual property

Atlas, its software and its trademark belong to Tarmex Oy. The lists you export and your own markings are yours.

8. No guarantee of results

Atlas is provided as is. The number of results depends on the country, industry and region. Data fetched from public sources may be outdated or wrong, and the program shows the source of each piece of data so that you can check it.

9. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may end the subscription at any time. The licence ends at the same time. The lists you exported and the data stored on your computer remain yours.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Consumers always keep their rights under EU consumer protection law.

12. Changes

We give notice of significant changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Questions about the terms: atlasforgex@proton.me.
