Terms of use

What you may do with the data you buy.

Price comparisons often skip this question, and it often matters more than the monthly price.

Vainu's legal page lists four documents: a privacy notice, a customer register privacy notice, a company database privacy notice and a security page. It has no public terms of use or service agreement. The terms therefore come with the contract. We do not claim they are strict or loose, because we have not seen them.

The Atlas terms are public. You may move the data into your own CRM and use it to support your own sales. Reselling the data or passing it on as a data product is prohibited.

Ask these three things in writing before you sign, whatever the supplier: may I export the data, may I use it for marketing, and what happens to the data when the contract ends.

Questions

Questions about Vainu and Atlas.

How much does Vainu cost?

On Vainu's pricing page Reach starts at €250, Data Sync at €417 and Discover at €583 a month, billed annually. The licence includes the database for one country and 1–2 users. The exact price is confirmed in a demo. Retrieved 14 October 2026.

Does Atlas have as much data as Vainu?

Not in the same way. Vainu is a ready-made database with more than 550 fields. Atlas fetches the data from the register and the company's own website, so there are fewer fields, but new companies are included straight away.

Does Atlas have a CRM?

Atlas has its own CRM: every company found stays in the lead bank, each lead is marked as deal, no deal or maybe later with a next step, reminders gather on a daily worklist and the team sees colleagues' calls and messages on the card. If you already use another CRM, Atlas sends hot and warm leads there automatically. If you want the old company data in your existing CRM kept fresh automatically, that is what Vainu's Data Sync is built for.

Does Atlas work outside the Nordics?

Yes. One price covers 92 countries with no per-country fees.

Try it yourself. No demo and no contract.
