The other way
Start from the register, not from someone else's database.
Every new company has to be registered before it can trade. Atlas reads new registrations every two hours from the official registers of Finland (PRH), Sweden (Bolagsverket), Norway (Brønnøysund), the UK (Companies House), France (INSEE Sirene), Estonia (e-Business Register), Latvia (Uzņēmumu reģistrs), Singapore (ACRA) and the US (state registers). Other countries are read from their official sources less often, see the list of company registers. Atlas then goes to the company's own website for the phone number and the person who decides. The list is built when you run it, on your own machine, so it is not the same file your competitor downloaded last month.
