1Our Guarantee
AtlasForgeX is built to deliver real B2B leads. We are confident it will work for your business. That's why we offer a straightforward, no-questions-asked refund policy.
If AtlasForgeX fails to discover any qualifying B2B companies in your target market after a good-faith usage attempt, you are entitled to a full refund of your most recent monthly payment.
2How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at atlasforgex@proton.me
- Include your account email address
- Briefly describe what you tried and why results were not satisfactory
- Submit the request within 14 days of your billing date
We will process your refund within 5–10 business days via your original payment method (Paddle).
3Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a refund if:
- You made a genuine attempt to use AtlasForgeX for your intended B2B market
- The software failed to discover any qualifying leads
- Your refund request is submitted within 14 days of the billing date
4Cancellations
You can cancel your AtlasForgeX subscription at any time — no cancellation fee, no lock-in period. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, then stop.
Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period unless you are also requesting a refund under the no-results guarantee above.
