Each company built in AtlasForgeX is the merge of five distinct primary sources. The order matters — registry identity comes first, regulatory filings second, web enrichment third, hiring signals fourth, classification fifth.

The 21-character CIN (Corporate Identification Number) and DIN (Director Identification Number) are queried from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs portal at mca.gov.in. This is the legal spine: company name, registered office state, ROC jurisdiction, paid-up capital, board composition.
// Form AOC-4 + MGT-7 filings
Form AOC-4 carries the financial statements: turnover, profit, balance sheet total. Form MGT-7 carries the annual return: shareholding pattern, board changes through the year, related-party disclosures. These two forms define size band and ownership stability.
// Udyam + GSTIN cross-checks
The Udyam MSME register classifies micro / small / medium. GSTIN lookup confirms active GST registration — a clean signal that the entity is transacting. Together they extend coverage to smaller firms that may not have a full set of MCA filings yet.

DPDPA 2023 and the IT Act 2000: how B2B outreach is positioned
// Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023
The DPDPA 2023 is India's landmark personal-data law, replacing the patchwork that previously sat under the IT Act 2000 and the IT (Reasonable Security Practices) Rules 2011. It introduces consent, notice, data fiduciary obligations and the Data Protection Board of India.
Unlike the UK's PECR, the DPDPA does not yet contain an explicit B2B carve-out for corporate subscribers. However, the framework recognises legitimate purpose for processing where the outreach is professionally relevant, the sender is identifiable, and the recipient can opt out easily. Function mailboxes (info@, sales@, contact@) published on a company website fall outside the personal-data scope of the DPDPA.

Chennai, Ahmedabad, Pune. Automotive, chemicals, fabricated metal. NIC 24-25-29 filters cover the segments. Form AOC-4 turnover band is the cleanest sort.
