Desktop vs mobile. The desktop app is the full program: live discovery, enrichment, scoring, email generation and sequences, all running on your own computer. The mobile licence is a separate, lightweight service that gives you the Goldmine company inventory on your phone. They are sold separately because they do different jobs. How does billing work?

Every licence is billed every 2 months. You pay the same flat rate each period for full access, €600 per 2 months for Desktop, €900 per 2 months for the Mobile licence, plus VAT, with no setup fee, no annual lock-in and no usage meter running in the background. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, which calculates and adds the correct VAT for your country at checkout.

What counts as a “market”?

A market is a country you discover companies in. Your subscription includes every market we cover, all 92 countries, with no per-country fee and no need to choose a region up front. There are no lead caps and no charge for switching between markets, so you can run discovery in one country today and a different one tomorrow at no extra cost.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Both licences run on a 2-month billing period with no long-term contract and no cancellation fee. Cancel whenever you like and your access stays active until the end of the 2-month period you have already paid for, there is nothing to negotiate and no retention call to sit through.

What is the no-results refund?

If AtlasForgeX does not surface usable results for you, we refund your first payment in full within 14 days, no questions asked. Full details are on the refund page. The free trial also lets you confirm the engine works for your market before you are charged at all.

What are the system requirements for Desktop?

The Desktop app runs on Windows 10 or Windows 11 (64-bit), and a macOS build is available as a beta for Apple Silicon Macs (M1 or newer) on macOS 11 or later. It installs and runs locally on your own machine. A steady internet connection is needed for live discovery and enrichment. Because the engine runs on your computer rather than in a shared cloud, your prospecting and outreach data stay on your side.

Desktop or Mobile, what is the difference?

They are two separate products. The Desktop licence is the full engine: live discovery, scoring, enrichment, email generation and automated sequences, all on Windows. The Mobile licence is a lightweight Android service that puts the Goldmine company inventory in your pocket, refreshed around the clock with the newest companies first. Many operators run the Desktop app at their workstation and use Mobile to browse fresh local firms on the move.
