1Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AtlasForgeX ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of AtlasForgeX.

2Description of Service

AtlasForgeX is an autonomous multi-agent AI desktop application for B2B market discovery. The Service includes:

• Autonomous discovery of B2B companies via internet search
• Contact data enrichment and decision-maker identification
• HOT/WARM/COLD lead scoring using AI algorithms
• Q-learning reinforcement optimization for search strategies
• Local database storage on the user's own machine
• CSV export and CRM integration capabilities

3License & Permitted Use

Tarmex Oy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use AtlasForgeX for your own business purposes.

You may use AtlasForgeX to:

• Discover and research B2B companies for legitimate business outreach
• Enrich contact data for sales and marketing activities
• Export data to your CRM or other business systems
• Generate leads for your own organization's commercial use

You may not:

• Resell or redistribute the software or data to third parties as a data product
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Use the service for spamming, harassment, or illegal outreach
• Circumvent any technical limitations or license enforcement mechanisms
• Use the software to collect data in violation of applicable privacy laws (GDPR etc.)

4Subscription & Payments

AtlasForgeX is offered on a monthly subscription basis at €79/month. Payments are processed through our payment processor (Paddle).

• Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled
• You may cancel at any time before your next billing date
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Prices may change with 30 days' written notice
• All prices are in EUR

5Refund Policy

We stand behind AtlasForgeX. If you use the software and receive no qualifying results, you are entitled to a full refund — no questions asked.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the billing date.

6Data & Privacy

AtlasForgeX processes data locally on your machine. Tarmex Oy does not collect, store, or process the B2B data you discover. Your lead database belongs entirely to you.

Full details are in our Privacy Policy. By using AtlasForgeX, you confirm that your use of discovered data complies with applicable laws including GDPR.

7Intellectual Property

AtlasForgeX, including all software, algorithms, and branding, is the exclusive property of Tarmex Oy. The data you discover using AtlasForgeX is yours — Tarmex Oy claims no ownership over it.

8Disclaimer of Warranties

AtlasForgeX is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Lead generation results vary based on target market, industry, and geographic region.

9Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, your license ceases. Your local database and exported data remain yours.

11Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. EU consumers retain rights under applicable EU consumer protection directives.

12Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
