🇱🇺 Luxembourg Business Data Research

Luxembourg packs one of Europe's densest corporate landscapes into a tiny trilingual state — tens of thousands of holding companies, SOPARFIs and fund vehicles filed with the Registre de Commerce et des Sociétés. AtlasForgeX tracks 9+ official and public sources for the Grand Duchy and re-verifies them continuously; this page is a live view of that coverage and the buying signals Atlas detects.

Company data in Luxembourg: registers & coverage

The authoritative record for Luxembourg is the Registre de Commerce et des Sociétés (RCS), operated by Luxembourg Business Registers (LBR) and searchable free of charge at lbr.lu. Commercial companies are filed under an identifier that begins with the letter B, and statutory documents — incorporations, annual accounts and changes of officers — are published through the RESA platform that replaced the former Mémorial C gazette. For a country of roughly 670,000 people the register runs unusually deep: Luxembourg is the world's second-largest investment-fund domicile after the United States, so alongside ordinary trading firms it carries a vast population of holding companies (SOPARFIs), SICAVs, securitisation vehicles and fund structures.

That density is exactly why purchased databases struggle here. A great many entities are administered by fiduciaries, banks and law firms rather than operating under their own brand, carry no English-language website, and switch between French, German and Luxembourgish. Tools such as Apollo and ZoomInfo, weighted toward companies with a strong online footprint, capture the visible banks and corporates but miss the long tail of register-only vehicles that define the Grand Duchy's economy.
