🇨🇱 Chile Business Data Research

In Chile every company and sole trader is identified by its RUT — the Rol Único Tributario issued by the Servicio de Impuestos Internos — and modern incorporations run through the online Registro de Empresas y Sociedades. AtlasForgeX actively tracks and re-verifies the public Chilean sources around that system, shown below as a live view of coverage and the buying signals Atlas detects.

Company data in Chile: registers & coverage

Chile runs on the RUT — the Rol Único Tributario issued by the Servicio de Impuestos Internos — which tags every company and sole trader with an eight-digit body and a check digit (written 12.345.678-9). New entities are increasingly formed through the online Registro de Empresas y Sociedades under the "Empresa en un Día" regime, while traditional sociedades are still recorded in the Registro de Comercio kept by each Conservador and announced in the Diario Oficial. Roughly a million firms file business activity with the SII, concentrated in the Santiago metropolitan region but with sharp regional clusters: copper and mining-services suppliers across Antofagasta and the northern desert, salmon, forestry and aquaculture in Los Lagos and Biobío, and wine and fresh-fruit exporters through the central valley.

Aggregator databases such as Apollo and ZoomInfo lean toward firms with an English-language web presence, so they thin out quickly in Chile. A Spanish-only PYME, a regional mining-services contractor or a freshly registered exporter is identified by its RUT and listed in Chilean sources long before it surfaces — if it ever does — in a US-built warehouse.
