How to ask for deletion

1. Send an email to atlasforgex@proton.me with the subject Kimiko delete.
2. Include the device ID shown in the app under Settings, and/or the phone number you want removed from caller cards.
3. We confirm by email and complete the request within 30 days.

What we delete

• Subscription data linked to your device ID: the store purchase token, product, status and expiry date.
• If you ask for a number or a person's name to be removed from caller cards, it is placed on a block list so that it does not come back from any source, neither in lookups nor in the offline package.

My number has been reported wrongly

If your number shows "Users have reported" and that is wrong, email us with the subject Kimiko report and the number. We remove the reports within 30 days and put the number on a block list so that reports no longer show.

What we keep, and for how long

• Web server access log (time, IP address, response status, no phone numbers): 14 days, then deleted automatically.
• Subscription data is deleted automatically 30 days after the subscription ends, even without a request.
• Payment receipts are kept by Google Play or the App Store under their own terms and bookkeeping rules. We never see your card details.

Uninstalling the app stops all data from being sent. The device ID is stored only in the app and disappears when the app is removed.

Näin pyydät poistoa

1. Lähetä sähköposti osoitteeseen atlasforgex@proton.me otsikolla Kimiko delete.
2. Kerro sovelluksen Asetuksissa näkyvä laitetunniste ja/tai puhelinnumero, jonka haluat pois soittajakorteilta.
3. Vahvistamme sähköpostilla ja hoidamme pyynnön 30 päivän kuluessa.

Mitä poistetaan

• Laitetunnisteeseesi liitetyt tilaustiedot: kaupan ostotunniste, tuote, tila ja päättymispäivä.
• Jos pyydät numeron tai henkilön nimen poistoa soittajakorteilta, se lisätään estolistalle, jolloin se ei palaa mistään lähteestä, ei hakuun eikä offline-pakettiin.

Numeroni on merkitty väärin

Jos numerosi kohdalla näkyy "Käyttäjät ilmoittaneet" ja se on väärin, lähetä sähköposti otsikolla Kimiko report ja kerro numero. Poistamme ilmoitukset 30 päivän kuluessa ja lisäämme numeron estolistalle, jolloin ilmoituksia ei enää näytetä.

Mitä säilytetään ja kauanko

• Palvelimen pääsyloki (aika, IP-osoite, vastauksen tila, ei puhelinnumeroita): 14 päivää, sitten poistetaan automaattisesti.
• Tilaustiedot poistetaan automaattisesti 30 päivän kuluttua tilauksen päättymisestä myös ilman pyyntöä.
• Maksukuitit säilyttää Google Play tai App Store omien ehtojensa ja kirjanpitosääntöjen mukaan. Emme koskaan näe korttitietojasi.

Sovelluksen poistaminen lopettaa kaiken tiedon lähettämisen. Laitetunniste on tallessa vain sovelluksessa ja häviää, kun sovellus poistetaan.
